Notes
The title track “dumb gull” (track 5) is an MP3 where the others are M4A, possibly indicating the title track was a different session or post-processed. “powerups with geese” combines video-game terminology (“powerups”) with animal imagery in a manner that prefigures later animal-digital mashups. “new age guy” may be a self-referential or ironic label. The naming convention with numbered prefixes (1, 2, 3…) appears here early, continuing through later releases.
